The Spearhead Initiative is a rigorous educational and innovation platform designed to bridge the gap between active classroom learning and local institutional change on issues that fellows care about. Throughout the course of the program, fellows will plan, design, and implement their programs through Compass, with administrative and financial support from Compass and its donors.
