The State Director recruits chapter founders, builds relationships with [state] schools and civic organizations, ensures state activities align with national standards, and represents [state] in national leadership meetings. Actively builds and recruits a state-wide team.

You will lead a team (that you select) that owns Compass Civics's public presence across social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials, driving applications to our flagship programs while keeping the brand consistent across every chapter and channel. Jayden will outline all responsibilities and address any questions during your onboarding meeting.
